Celebrate with our Triple rosé. Its light bubbles will accompany your best moments of sharing, while enjoying a dish of sweets. Serve at 8-10°C.
A selection from our latest cool terroirs in Roussillon.
Grenache gris, Syrah and Vermentino grapes are picked at perfect maturity. All juices are blended together and aged in tank for 2 months. The wine is then fermented at a cool temperature and the alcoholic fermentation is stopped by cooling down the tank to 0°C. The bubbles remain very light and gentle. A hint of Grenache gris aged in barrels is added to the final blend. The light bubbles are completed by adding carbon dioxide (gasification method) to enhance the natural fermentation.
