Cadireta
Bright pale yellow colour with green reflections. Aromatic nose, nice intensity. Spices and ripe fruits touch (banana, exotic fruits…). The mouth is large, well balanced, that reminds the aromas from the nose with a subtle mix of vanilla and fruits.

The intensity of fresh fruits and the vanilla touch of the Cadireta will get exalted by a cheese or cold meats board. It will also pair perfectly with paella, oven sea bream or a curry chicken.

Cotes Catalanes vines are grown next to the shores of the Mediterranean, on deep rocky soils. The vines are on treillis and bush vines. The plantation density is 5 000 feet per hectare. South-East exposure.

Mid septembre harvest, cold preferment maceration. Fermentation in burgundian new barrels for 20% of the wine. Ageing and batonnage of fine lees during 3 to 6 months.
