The elegance and complexity of La Grande Cuvée Blanc will be exalted by fine products from the sea such as lobster, caviar, oysters, or sushis. Also delicious with a fish or a white meat with Morilles sauce.
Parcel selection of the best vines planted on schist and marble soils, East exposure.
Hand picked in 10 kg boxes. “Triage” in the cellar. A selection of the best juices is blended before fermentation in demi-muids. The wine is then aged on fine lees for one year with batonnage once a week.
