The elegance and complexity of La Grande Cuvée Blanc will be exalted by fine products from the sea such as lobster, caviar, oysters, or sushis. Also delicious with a fish or a white meat with Morilles sauce.
Terroir
Parcel selection of the best vines planted on schist and marble soils, East exposure.
Élaboration
Elaboration
Hand picked in 10 kg boxes. “Triage” in the cellar. A selection of the best juices is blended before fermentation in demi-muids. The wine is then aged on fine lees for one year with batonnage once a week.
