Grande Cuvée Rosé
Very light in colour, its complexity and elegance surprise with aromas of crushed strawberry and sweet spices. The mouth is round a fruity, with a finish that reflects the quality of the terroir.
Appellation : AOP Côtes du Roussillon.
Varieties: 70% Grenache Gris et noir, 30% Mourvèdre.
Yield: 26 hl / ha.
Average age of the vines: 65 to 80 years old.

Fishes and seafood complete exquisitly the fruity mouth of La Grande Cuvée Rosé. You can also taste it with a simple Julienne of vegetables or a beef Carpaccio.

Dry grown and hand picked in 10 kg Boxes. ‘Triage’ when the grapes get in the Cellar. Gently pressuring. 10% of the blend is aged in 500L barrels during 4 months.
