Le Vignon

Deep black ink colour allowing to see a nice concentration. The nose is a melody of red fruits, with vanilla evolving into grilled coffee, cocoa and strawberry, blackberry and cassis. The palate is rich, concentrate, complex, long, fruity, with soft tannins. The fruit reminds of the nose with notes of black and red fruits to finish. Big ageing potential, more than 10 years, for this elegant and structured wine.

FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS

The taste of a Bœuf Bourguignon, a royal hare, or a morilles chicken will exalt the rich aromas and the softness of our Vignon.

Terroir

The Aspres and the Agly valley

Our terraced vineyard is located at the foothill of the Pyrénées. The vines benefit from a particular terroir, in the middle of the garrigue, on a schist marble soil, exposed South/South-East.
