FOOD & WINE PAIRINGS

The elegance of our Léa goes perfectly with rich dishes such as a rib steak, a saucy meat, a fondue bourguignonne or a Chili con carne.

Terroir

The Aspres

This wine was named after our daughter, Léa. Overlooking the Roussillon plains at 400m high, in the appellation Village des Aspres, these vines are protected by the impressive Canigou Mountain, top of the Pyrénées Orientales.

Élaboration

Elaboration

Selection of best quality parcels. Green harvest in spring to concentrate the grapes. Hand picking at the beginning of October in boxes. Cold maceration. Ageing in Bourguignon barrels for 20% of the vintage during 10 months.
