Narassa
The nose is dominated by lots of pure blackberry, crushed herbs, earth and peppery characteristics. The mouth is full bodied, very rich with soft and fine tannins. The finish is fresh with a surprising elegance.
Appellation: IGP Côtes Catalanes.
Varieties: Grenache, Syrah.
Yield: 28 hl / ha.

With its soft tannins and its fresh final, our Narassa can be tasted during the meals with meat, as with the dessert with blue cheese or chocolate.

The soil is composed of black slate.

Elaboration
Late harvest to bring a soft touch and a finish slightly sweet. We harvest the Grenache grapes by hand in small baskets. After a strict selection of the best grapes we then use a cold soaking fermentation, to obtain more colour and fruit.
