On Friday, June 20, 2025, we’re celebrating Catalan sausage at Domaine Lafage!

“Chercheur de goûts” and the “Catalan Saucisse Club” will revisit the Catalan sausage from Mele Langlois in Canohès, winner of the 2025 world championship.

On the menu: tasting of world champion Catalan sausage 2025, home-made escalivade, arroz with world champion sausage, cockles and artichoke, panna cotta and fresh fruit coulis.

Live music with DJ Yannick D & 1 bottle of wine for 2 included (from a selection)
